Key Criteria: Organisations recognised with this award will demonstrate products that deliver a genuine cost saving and offer a real point of difference with competitor products. Product refers to goods or services and is measured across all product elements including but not limited to value for money, quality, functionality, features, performance, consistency, configuration, resilience, levels of service, after sales support and market position. |
