Any company or organisation operating in Australia, private or public, regardless of size or industry is eligible to enter. 2007 Australian Business Awards

Melbourne, VIC – The Australian Business Awards have been announced for 2007. These Awards recognise organisations for their leadership and commitment to excellence. The Awards showcase organisations that demonstrate the core values of business excellence, corporate responsibility and commercial success in their respective industries.

Australian Business Awards have been presented to 41 different organisations across 31 different industries. The winners were selected from a field of over 800 entrants from companies of all sizes and virtually every industry. The successful entries from this broad field include a range of organisations who have achieved award winning standards in a diverse range of fields including; enterprise, innovation, design, quality, best value, product excellence, service excellence, e-business, international trade, marketing excellence, recommended employment, community contribution and environmental responsibility.
All entries were rigorously evaluated by an independent judging panel of business experts in accordance with the award criteria across seven main areas: leadership, impact, adaptability, corporate culture, customer and market focus, uniqueness and evidence of success.

Key Criteria: Organisations recognised with this award will demonstrate initiative and a willingness to undertake bold new ventures. Applicants must be able to demonstrate sustainable growth and commercial success to levels that are outstanding for the size of the applicant's operations.
